It is located on a 2nd floor with no elevator, equipped with air conditioner, washing machine, dryer and has plenty of light throughout the day. Bed The apartment has a comfortable double-bed (140cm x 200cm) Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. Living Room The living room is modernly decorated and features a Smart TV, a cozy sofa, a desk/dining table and a little balcony with 2 chairs to enjoy some fresh breeze. Kitchenette The Kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, stove and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest.
