Building The apartment is a duplex located on the ground floor of a building with no elevator. It is very well lit, overlooking the typical streets of Alfama and with a perfect balcony to enjoy the sun. Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds. Bathrooms The apartment has a bathroom with shower. Living Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, a sofa-bed and nice view over the neighborhood. The living room also has a dining table. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The dishwasher is temporarily out of service. *The apartment is located in the area where the annual "Santos Populares" festivities take place during the month of June. Be aware that this area can be very busy and noise can be expected!
