Both the living area and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for heating and cooling, allowing you to create the perfect environment regardless of the season. Electric blinds offer privacy and the ability to control the amount of natural light that fills the space. But it doesn't stop there. Each bedroom has a balcony, offering an east-facing view.
