Building The apartment is located on the third floor of a new building with an elevator. It's ideal for couples looking to enjoy pleasant days in Porto or for those traveling for business who value the convenience of being close to the city center! Living Room The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, air conditioning, and a dining table for your meals! With abundant natural light streaming in from the extensive glass doors that open to a balcony, it's a cozy and inviting space. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, stovetop, and coffee machine (coffee not included). Bedroom It boasts a queen-size suite with air conditioning (temporarily out of order). Bathroom You'll find an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and rain-shower. In the entrance hallway, a custom-made wardrobe provides ample storage space for your belongings! Additional Information: The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest.
