About the apartment: This shared apartment combines modernity and comfort, providing a delightful living experience. Add to your experience by enjoying meals together with your housemates. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary tools to make an amazing home-cooked meal and even comes with a view. And of course, the 3 bathrooms ensure a refreshing and hassle-free bathing experience. Please be advised of the following: - Utility bills are included up to a maximum limit of 30 euros per room - Before check-in, the tenant must pay the security deposit which will be fully refunded to the tenant if there is no damage to the property. !! - For double bookings or if there is an extra guest, there is an additional charge of 200 per month.
