Explore the town's rich history or relax in style - your adventure in Cascais starts here! - Building The apartment is located in the top-floor of a completely renovated villa and has private access (exclusive use of the property is available upon inquiry). Access is via stairs (2nd floor). - Bedrooms It has 3 bedrooms: one suite with a queen-size bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. All equipped with air conditioning. - Bathrooms The apartment features 2 bathrooms with showers, one of which is ensuite. - Living Room The living room features an inviting sofa and TV, as well as a double-sided fireplace. - Dining Room With a table that comfortably accommodates 6 people, enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and the natural charm of the space. - Kitchen In an open space with the living room, it is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee not included). Other information: City Tax will also be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 17:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
