The building also includes a lift for easy access. Room: This small but cozy room is fully furnished and features a dedicated working area complete with a desk, chair and a lamp. It also includes a wardrobe, a bedside table with an accompanying lamp and mirror. The room boasts a comfortable single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This room has also a shared balcony. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements. Others: - The rent includes 35 per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly clean of the common areas is also included in the rent. - We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement. - The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement. - Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. - All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid. - Check-in times during business hours are free, any other times will have to be accepted by us, and there could be a charge. - We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat. - Mandatory fee: The amount of 55 for a single bed or 65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. This kit can be taken by the guest at the end of their stay.
