WELCOME It is a common guest house, it does not have a living room. You will have to share the bathroom with 4 other bedrooms. If you arrive from the airport you can reach the apartment by ta(hidden) metro. If you come by taxi are only 15 minutes and cost approximately 15 euros. If you want to use the metro network it is 5 euros approximately the ticket from the airport to Alameda. At the airport you take the red line and get off at Alameda metro station and walk about 5 minutes to the apartment.-This is a great room. It is located in a good area of the city. Arroios or Alameda metro station (green line) is just around the corner (ARROIOS walk 1 minute or less). Metro Alameda 5 minutes on foot. There are restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals, banks. -It's a common guest house, it doesn't have a living room. You will have to share the bathroom with the other 3 bedrooms. -The host lives in an apartment section (in a separate suite from the apartment) -This is a big room. It is located in a good area of the city. The metro station Arroios or Alameda (green line) is just around the corner (walking 1 minute or less). Metro Alameda 5 minutes on foot. There are restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals, banks. -It's a common guest house, it doesn't have a living room. The rubbish bin is on the corner on the way down from the apartment. Thanks 6- Monthly: The tenant will always pay the entire month's rent, regardless of the arrival/departure date. Each guest can use his/her cabinets to store their food, clothing and toiletries. These cabinets should not be used for storing any valuable items. You are responsible for the security of your personal belongings items stored. - Upon arrival your guest key will be presented to you. To agree an appointment time to receive your keys, we ask that you use the (hidden) messaging system (email and cell messaging) or whatsupp. Guests are permitted to receive visitors. You may come and go as you please, however we do ask that you treat the apartment with the same respect you would give your own home. Noise is not permitted after 10pm.
