On the ground floor there is a large and comfortable living room with dining area and reading area. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook on your holiday! On the ground floor there are 3 fantastic bedrooms. A Suite with a double bed and sea view; another bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The fantastic sea view from this villa does not go unnoticed. It has a barbecue on the lower floor, ready for you to enjoy your meals outside!

Pricing & Payments
For reservations, confirmation of availability will always be required;
To book, advance payment of 50% of the total amount made by bank transfer;
Payment of the remaining 50% of the amount up to 2 days before check-in
Security Deposit 300.00 in cash;
The return of the deposit is made after verification, at the end of the stay/check-out;
The return of the deposit may be suspended, or even a higher amount may be requested if there is: damage / damage / dirt or extreme disorder / excessive number of occupants even temporarily / loss of keys / other anomalous situations;
Check-in times from 3 pm to 7 pm;
Late check-in:
8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - 30.00;
10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. - 40.00;
