This house is only 15 min walking distance to the closest metro station and a 5 min walk to the nearest supermarket. This is an ideal location if you are looking to stay close to universities such as FAUP - Faculdade de Arquitetura, FLUP - Faculdade de Letras and FCUP - Faculdade de Ciências and the blue line metro station. Send your booking request and we will only charge you after the landlord accepts it. We also keep your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. For security reasons we strongly recommend that you keep all your contacts and booking requests inside the platform. Cedofeita is the trendiest neighborhood in Porto right now and it certainly deserves this recognition. It has a strategic location, close enough to the city's most important monuments and nightlife area, yet far enough to guarantee a good night of sleep. It is the artistic district of Porto, because of the art galleries on Rua Miguel Bombarda. It also has some amazing designed stores in the surrounding streets, mainly on Rua do Rosário. On Rua de Cedofeita there are many traditional shops, as well as good restaurants and bars, such as O Consulado, O Catraio and Bao's. In this neighborhood, you can also take a romantic walk in the gardens of Palácio de Cristal, right in front of the Soares dos Reis National Museum, one of the best museums in Porto. If you want to get to know Portuguese culture, you can watch a fado show at Casa da Guitarra. On Saturdays, there are two markets in Cedofeita: one in Praça Carlos Alberto, called Porto Belo, and another one inside the Bombarda Shopping Center. Cedofeita is probably Porto's coolest student neighborhood at the moment and is served by several metro lines, buses, and railway services. REQUIREMENTS: + Last Month Rent (paid at the check-in moment). + Cleaning Fee (25, withdrawal of the security deposit amount, in the end of the stay). + Extra cost of 100/month in case the accommodation is intended for 2 persons. MONTHLY CONTRACT: Payment for half months (fortnight), regardless of your move-in and move-out date. CHECK-IN TIME: - 7 days a Week - from 8 am until 8 pm RENTAL CONDITIONS: - There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s). - For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document (Passport or EU ID Card) and fiscal number (if the tenant has one). - The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent. - The rent must be paid until the first day of the month. - Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions. - Visitor(s) policy: Yes (Under request and approval). - Loud noises are not allowed after 23:00.
