This lovely property is set in just over 1.4ha of land in an elevated position with far-reaching views across the vineyards, orchards and countryside. It features a charming 3-bedroom house of approximately 140m2 as well as a large barn (100m2) and a swimming pool. This area could easily be closed off and used as a separate guest annex, or kept as part of the main house. To the other side of the parking area is a large barn with garage door, plus 2 other doors, one of which opens to the track and the other to the garden. In addition to mains electricity, there are photovoltaic panels for electricity generation with battery storage. A solar panel for hot-water, plus a borehole for water, means that this is a great property for those who wish to be self-sufficient. This country property has access to fibre internet - ideal if you want to work from home. There are a variety of fruit trees on the property including different types of oranges, tangerines, lemon, pomegranate, fig, banana, walnut, olives and grapes.
