Additional information: To protect the landlord from potentially high energy, heating, and water costs, the utility advance payment has been calculated generously. It covers all consumption-related expenses (electricity, hot water, heating, firewood, internet, waste disposal, etc.). Arrival and departure: Arrival: 24/7 possible thanks to a key lockbox. Departure: By 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday.
