Ci incamminiamo verso la nostra proprietà attraversando Campo Santi Giovanni e Paolo, tra meraviglie architettoniche, come l'omonima chiesa e la scuola Grande di San Marco, avvolti dalle magnifiche vedute e dalla luminosità che caratterizza tutta la zona. Si tratta di un punto d'incontro straordinario tra la propria dimora e la Laguna, che regala il lusso quotidiano di poter di raggiungere la propria casa direttamente con la barca, come pure di ammirare il paesaggio veneziano dal divano del soggiorno, magari ascoltando musica, leggendo un libro o sorseggiando un buon vino. A questo punto della visita, siamo già conquistati, ma cè modo di apprezzare anche la cucina con un tavolo isola, che strizza locchio a momenti di convivialità, quali un aperitivo o una cena informale. Completiamo la visita attraversando la porta che ci conduce al bagno, finestrato. In uscita, gli shooting che riportiamo raccontano molto di questa proprietà: si tratta semplicemente del punto d'appoggio perfetto per vivere Venezia al massimo della sua autenticità, oltre che di un investimento accattivante. Un loft con una siffatta porta dacqua privata a Venezia è, semplicemente, un lusso che non ha prezzo.

Il sestiere di Cannaregio è il secondo sestiere più esteso di Venezia dopo Castello ed è il più popolato. In questo sestiere si trova il Ghetto di Venezia raggiungibile ai piedi attraversando il Ponte delle Guglie e percorrendo la Strada Nova, arteria principale dell'intero che porta dalla stazione di Santa Lucia a Rialto. Questo tragitto di circa 25 minuti comincia ai piedi del Ponte degli Scalzi e della chiesa di Santa Maria degli Scalzi e termina in Campo dei Santi Apostoli.

We make our way to our property crossing Campo Santi Giovanni e Paolo, amidst architectural marvels such as the church of the same name and the Scuola Grande di San Marco, enveloped by the magnificent views and brightness that characterises the whole area. Along the path on the fondamenta we notice a picturesque, recently restored block of flats overlooking the water: it almost seems to invite us to cross the bridge, we have arrived at our destination! The property is on the mezzanine floor, with exposed brickwork and views of the rio. We enter through the separate entrance and find ourselves in an open space that has the allure of a large suite on the water. This is a unique property, precisely because of the views over the water, but even more so because of the private water gate directly overlooking the canal. It is an extraordinary meeting point between one's home and the Lagoon, offering the daily luxury of being able to reach one's home directly by boat, as well as admiring the Venetian landscape from the sofa in the living room, perhaps listening to music, reading a book or sipping a good wine. At this point of the visit, we are already won over, but we can also appreciate the kitchen with an island table, which winks at moments of conviviality, such as an aperitif or an informal dinner. We complete our visit by going through the door leading to the bathroom, which is windowed. On the way out, the shots we report tell a lot about this property: it is simply the perfect spot to experience Venice at its most authentic, as well as an attractive investment. A loft with such a private water gate in Venice is, quite simply, a priceless luxury.

The Cannaregio sestiere is the second largest in Venice after Castello and the most populated. In this sestiere is the Ghetto di Venezia, which can be reached by crossing the Ponte delle Guglie bridge and walking along the Strada Nova, the main artery of the whole, leading from Santa Lucia station to Rialto. This approximately 25-minute journey begins at the foot of Ponte degli Scalzi and the church of Santa Maria degli Scalzi and ends in Campo dei Santi Apostoli.
