The apartment was renovated in November 2018. The special real wood floor with underfloor heating gives the rooms a very nice living feeling. The large windows bring a lot of natural light into the apartment. The living room has a sofa, 40-inch Smart TV and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a delicious meal! The bedrooms all have large double beds and desks. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. A lovely balcony is available where you can enjoy the weather. The apartment has a super-fast internet connection, underfloor heathing, dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment is very conveniently located. Public transportation is reached within a three minute walk. Public transportation has a direct connection to the city center of Vienna which can be reached within 20 minutes. The supermarket is located within three minutes as well.
