External Description: Located on the third floor, no elevator - 60 steps to climb, of a building located on via Fiesolana. A stone's throw from the Basilica of Santa Croce. From here it is easy to reach the most famous monuments of Florence such as the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. In addition, the Santa Croce area is full of restaurants and typical shops where you can taste and buy Florentine specialties. Internal Description: The apartment is built on one level in a contemporary style (160 (hidden) / 1722 sq.ft.) It can accommodate up to 8 people with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. As soon as you enter you will find a corridor and immediately to the left is the well-equipped kitchen with dining area. From this room you get to an ante-chamber that leads to the first bathroom with shower. The ante-chamber also leads you to the first bedroom (with two single beds 90 cm wide - can be joined together). Returning back to the corridor, to the right of the entrance, is the second bedroom (with two single beds 90 cm wide - can be joined together) with walk-in closet and its own ensuite bathroom with shower. Returning to the corridor, at the far right, there is an ante-chamber which leads to both the third bathroom with shower and the third bedroom (with two single beds 90 cm wide - can be joined together). At the far left of the corridor there is finally the large living room with a sofa bed for two people (160 cm wide mattress) and a flat-screen TV. The ceilings are finely frescoed and the lighting of the rooms is very well designed. The apartment is quiet as it overlooks an internal courtyard. Independent heating. Air conditioning: in the living area, in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. Pricing Information: Included in the price: Utilities included (for stays up to 30 days), final cleaning, towels and sheets provided, condominium fees, and agency fees. Not included in the price: Tourist tax of 4,00 per person (over the age of 12) per night, for the first 7 nights (for information regarding exemptions and reductions, see our F.A.Q. Page); utilities of water, electricity, and gas (for rentals over 30 days) if exceeding 70.00. Security deposit: For stays equal to or lesser than 15 days, all clients will have to grant 300.00 with a valid credit card 7 days before check-in for a pre-authorization. For stays between 16 and 30 days, guests will have to pay 1000.00 7 days before check-in. Prepaid and/or debit cards are not accepted. For rentals over 30 days, special conditions apply.
